I was introduced to this salad when I was a young teen. Been a favorite ever since. If you like sweet, cool, creamy salads, this one is for you!
2 LARGE CUCUMBERS, PEELED, THINLY SLICED
1 LARGE ONION, THINLY SLICED
DRESSING: 1 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. vinegar (I use Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette)
Pinch ground pepper
Mix all together in medium to large bowl, let sit for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy! Keep covered, refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.
