FIRST MEAL OF OUR 30 DAY MEAL PLAN….. Myself and the fam are HIGHLY impressed!
I marinated a pound and 1/2 of skinless, boneless, chicken breast cut in 1 inch cubes in 1/3 c. of Tastefully Simple’s Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce with 1.5 T. of TS’s Rustic Herb Seasoning for about 5 hours.
After the marinating process – I quartered up 1 large red onion, with 1 large Green pepper, and had about a pound or so of chopped pineapple we had bought from the store. Also, a pkg of pre-cooked bacon slices. Layered all of this on about 10-12 wooden skewers and threw them on the grill with a medium flame.
Grill for about 5-8 min, turn, grill for another 5-8 min, basting with 1/3 c. of our Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce.
Served this with a side of white rice.
The flavors with these kabobs was so amazing….from sweet and tangy, to spicy and slightly salty….it was just bursting in your mouth – all the amazing flavors!
The family LOVED it, and we’ll DEFINITELY be having this again!
