This was a recipe my stepmother used to make on the holidays and it’s a family favorite! Once I pull the ham, you then take this glaze and drippings (right from the pan) and make a sweet glaze gravy for your potatoes!
First bake your ham at 275 for 12-15 minutes per pound. I insert whole cloves all over the ham before baking.
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 t. mustard
1/8 t. cinnamon
3 T. vinegar (or water)
dash ground cloves
Mix well. Pour over ham 20 minutes before done baking uncovered. Use drippings for gravy.
