1 pkg. Chocolate creme Oreo’s
6 T. melted butter
1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1- 12 oz container Cool Whip, divided
2- 3.9 oz pkgs Chocolate Fudge Instant pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Crush 36 Oreo’s.  Stir in melted butter.  Press into 13×9 pan.

Mix cream cheese with 2 T. milk and sugar until light and fluffy.  Gently stir in 1 1/4 c. Cool Whip – spread over crust.

Whisk together pudding and 3 1/4 c milk until thickened.  Spread over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate to let pudding set.  Spread remaining cool whip on pudding layer.  Sprinkle with mini chips.

Store covered in fridge.  Enjoy!
